Troy R. Babel
Physical Therapist

Troy R. Babel attended the University of Nebraska and received a bachelor of science in Exercise Science. He then continued his education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he earned his Master of Physical Therapy.

Troy is the staff physical therapist at All Star Health. He joined the All Star team in January 2006 and believes in a multi-disciplinary approach when treating patients. He has worked primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings where he has assisted patients with various conditions, both surgical and non-surgical, in regaining their prior level of function. He strives to learn and utilize the latest and most effective treatment techniques to help his patients return to an active lifestyle. His primary interests lie in spinal, hip and pelvic conditions, and he also enjoys treating patients with extremity and athletic related injuries. Troy has also received formal training from the Titleist Performance Institute and is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI). With this knowledge he can identify golfer's physical restrictions related to the swing and prescribe an exercise program to improve their ability to play golf.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and their daughter Paige. His hobbies include scuba diving, golfing, playing soccer, cooking and outdoor yard projects. Being from Nebraska, Troy supports the Cornhuskers football team and is a member of the Arizonans for Nebraska organization.
